Tree Risk Assessments & Inspections

Practical, independent advice to help you understand and manage the risks associated with trees.

Discuss an assessment

Trees are an important part of our landscapes, but they can also present risks to people and property. I provide independent tree inspections and risk assessments for landowners, schools, golf clubs, parish councils, businesses and private clients.

My assessments identify significant defects that may present a foreseeable risk to people or property and provide proportionate recommendations for tree management.

What you receive

Clear findings. Practical next steps.

Following the inspection, you will receive a clear, proportionate Tree Risk Assessment Report setting out the findings of the assessment and any recommendations for tree management.

01

Tree Risk Assessment Report

A concise written assessment explaining the significant findings and recommended actions.

02

Tree Works Schedule

Identifying each tree or group requiring work, species, industry-specified recommended works and work priority.

03

Tree Location Plan

Showing the location and reference number of the trees and groups included within the assessment.

Where appropriate, I can also establish a programme of periodic inspections to help you manage your tree stock over the longer term.
